2.  Measurements & colours

• All weights and sizes are approx.  Whilst we take every care to ensure colour and dye quantities match from batch to batch there may be slight variations

3.  Delivery

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if there are any shortages.  We will make good any shortages which are notified within the 2 day period. 

• You must inspect the goods upon delivery and inform us within 24 hours of any broken items.  If we do not hear from you within this time we will presume that all goods are in working condition.  Any breakages notified at a later date may be replaced at our discretion but we reserve the right not to replace free of charge.  We will do our best to ensure that the same product is available for you to purchase.  If one is not in stock we may offer an alternative.  A delivery charge may also be added after the two day period. 

• If goods are delivered by an outside contractor we cannot be responsible for any damage they may incur when delivering to your property.

• All goods will be placed at the nearest point to your home subject to reasonable access.

• Goods delivered via pallet will be subject to weight restrictions of 1000 kilo's per pallet.

4.  Payment

• All goods remain the property of Brackla Patio Centre until fully paid. 

• We reserve the right to add a charge if any cheque is returned unpaid. 

• Credit customers must pay in full by the 28th of each month.  Interest may be added to outstanding accounts if they are more than one month old.

5.  Return of goods

• We may at our discretion accept the return of goods within one week from purchase if thy have not been used.

• The cost of the goods may be refunded less the delivery charge.  If the order was sent via a national carrier on on a pallet, the customer will pay for the return of the items.

• The customer can use their own carrier.  If they do not have one, we can appoint ours after the customer has agreed the return charges.

• Refunds will be made by cheque.

6.  Quotations

• Quotations given for work to be carried out are valid for 30 days.
